Overall clean, good all round hotel, I loved well-equipped rooms and helpful stuff. The property was in the central setting close to the public transport. A few times I ate at Kalamaras Greek Taverna, located within a close distance from the hotel.

the neighborhood was very quiet, clean, whith a couple of mini markets, fastfood corners, coffee shop, a very tasty and clean greek restaurant, and orthodox church, a casino and a rather fast accesibility (5 min walking to docks) to the main metro line (1 stop). i was also very pleased for the heat
the room was too small, breakfast too poor, too narrow coridors, no mini bar and no native speaker personel.

Well sized room, spotless bathroom. One of the best English breakfasts with toast, ham plus a muffin in Starbucks. Welcoming staff throughout. Very central location, not too far away from a retail road.

A clean modernized room in a small "guesthouse" as it called itself. As London is an expensive city for a lot of times, this is a cheaper option. Very close to "Bayswater" underground station

previously visited location Bayswater found local facilities accessible to 3 underground stations, also local food outlets. Good walks to Hyde, Kennsington Parks. Continental breakfast was good
Rooms small and overheated even when the heating was switched off. Internet expensive, bedding could have been more comfortable and not to use synthetic bedding, towels were well worn and needed updating.

Good value for money, great location - few minutes walk to Hyde Park, few bus stops to Oxford street, 2 underground stations in the near. Room small but very cosy, neat and tidy, just what one needs for a city trip. Helpful staff - changed our room for slightly bigger one next day of our arrival. Breakfast very good - more than a toast and jam, each day fruits, yoghurt, sweet pastry..
Breakfast times - would be better if each day until 10 am instead of 9.30.
